The Capacity of Thought

You Are 98% Tortured Genius

You totally fit the profile of a tortured genius. You're uniquely brilliant - and completely misunderstood.

Not like you really want anyone to understand you anyway. You're pretty happy being an island.
In the entry before, I've put up my statement about the chain reactions of memory.

This time, the limits.

I'd like to put the universe as an example. How large is an infinity? It may be a simple question but it's really complicated. The human mind cannot really think of exactly everything. Memories fade away, as new ones start to follow. This is another sentence that'll surely end up confusing the brain:

"Everything I tell you is a lie"

If everything I told you was a lie, then the statement itself is a lie, which means that not everything I tell you is a lie. But this statement tells that everything I tell is a lie, which means EVERYTHING, including the statement itself. The statement will be denying its own meaning. This could make the mind go in circles.

If one were to imagine a straight line that goes across the whole universe, is it even possible? Since the line is infinite, it's very hard to imagine how long it will be since the mind has borderlines.

Just like in numbers -- imagine math -- I couldn't really imagine what the last number is since it's infinite.

The Infinity of Thought

You Are a Total Brainiac

You're amazingly brilliant. Some would even say genius.
You're curious, thoughtful, analytical, and confident.

You take on difficult subjects because you want to... not because you have to.
No field of knowledge is too complicated or intimidating for you.
You've got the brains to do anything you want.

It's possible you end up doing everything you want.

Gah, I'm still sick. The cough attacks me everytime I lie down. Anyway, I haven't posted much because of my mood swings.

The Infinity of Thought, did anyone get my point? Probably... Maybe...

The Infinity of Thought; Are there limits in thinking? How much capacity of memory can a human brain have? I've known from somewhere that there are limits... But the capacity? I'm not really sure. I've first had this idea when I was in 3rd grade. One thought leads to another. A Chain Reaction. Also, I've thought that long term memories can be intentionally triggered by everyday objects. For example, the word think. It reminds me of an image of the human anatomy... Which reminds me of an image of the school grounds when I was in 4th grade... Which makes me remember the bullies I shouted at. Get the idea? Chain Reactions.

There are some things which are completely difficult to imagine, like endless tunnels and infinity... I'll discuss that later, I need some rest.

Hey. I'm still sick and all. I'm not even supposed to make an entry today... Anyway, I've put up a rather long result from another blogthing test.

Let's start this.

Personalities. How do thy even begin and develop? Is there such thing as a permanent single personality? I wonder...

I beileve that personality is greatly affected by the way a person thinks. This is also affected by a persons outlook in life, and vice versa. When a person thinks densely of the world, he/she could only have a very singular personality, which leads to low value of life, even of one's own. On the other hand, when a person thinks deeply of life and all it's other secrets, he/she tends to be very flexible, in a way that emotion is not a big factor any longer in a person's way of thought. Simple minded people tend to be very aggressive, and easily provokes, while flexible ones tend to think the situation over.

I am terribly speechless for I am coughing my lungs out.

Emotions or Instinct?

You've Got It Bad For Him

For better or worse, you've always got your friend on the brain.
If he digs you too, this could be a very good thing.
If not, at least you tried! You've got to make a move and find out.

You might discover that he's been pining away for you as well.

Hmph. I'm sick today, I didn't go to school. We were just going to have practice anyway. This sucks.

Anyway, I've been... Up to something lately, and I'd rather not tell.

Let's get to the point.

Human Emotion. I'd rather call it reaction. Happiness? Joy? Sadness? Reactions. Sane people will not show emotion until affected by a certain object/event/thought. This particular thought made me curious about this topic. How would a person react if he/she wasn't able to grow/live in the same community as we humans do? Would he/she be able to laugh? Would he/she be able to cry? Or will they show a completely different reaction? Such questions lurk in my head.

Second: Attraction to the opposite sex. Why, oh why? I confess, I've already failed this subject a number of times. And I don't intend to making the same mistake over again. I'm a man-hater now. (And I'm no lesbian, I just want to stay single... For now.)

Is it human nature to feel attraction for a member of the same species? (Or rather, for those people who have an ardent desire for other things) Like when a man loves a woman. Or other mushy stuff like that. How does attraction even begin? And Why? Also, why do some of the members of the same sex feel attraction toward each other(which is -- with no excuses -- WRONG)?

Such questions of the MIND... Not the heart.

ESP and coincidence; The True Fact.

You Are 80% Psychic

You are so very psychic.
But you already predicted that, didn't you?
You have "the gift" - and you use it daily to connect with others.
You're very tapped into the world around you...

Just make sure to use your powers for good!

Hm. I just went home today. I was thinking of a classmate of mine, she borrowed a book from me and she forgot to return it. I kept on thinking about her while I was in the vehicle. The vehicle wasn't moving at all because of the traffic. I was staring at that shiny metal sheet beside me ( I was looking at my reflection to see if there was something on my face). Then this tall guy comes in, he seemed familiar. He looked at me, and I was shocked, in a pleasant manner anyway. It was the brother of the girl who borrowed my book. I'm not really familiar with this person, but we've been friends some years ago... Or rather my friends' friend. That very second he came in the vehicle was the very moment I thought of his sister.`Nuff said.

A similar case happened last night. I was typing an entry (the previous one, about dreams) when I suddenly remembered a childhood friend. We haven't had any kind of communication in four years. But last night, I remembered him. Then by that moment, that particular person suddenly sent me an IM. And we haven't even talked to/seen each other for so long! Many would believe this as a freak coincidence... Or ESP.

Many are more likely to believe that these situations are pure coincidence, and a few some would say it's ESP. Some say it's destined to happen.

Guess what, I don't believe in any of these assumptions.

I believe that everything was made to happen in a precise time. In God's Time, I always say. I'd believe in coincidence if the definition was altered. Co- meaning together. And the word -incidence which refers to happened. So it will mean happened together or happened at the same time. I believe that God makes thing happen at the perfect times. So, I've thought of someone, and he shows up. Many say it's their own power of mind. Psychic abilities?

I say... No.

Remembering Dreams : A usual activity or an impossibility?

What Your Dreams Mean...

Your dreams seem to show that you're a very well adjusted and happy person.
Overall, you are very content in your life.
You tend to be a very productive thinker.
You have a very vivid imagination and a rich creative mind.

You secretly want to hide your dreams from your waking mind.

Dreams. these are images created by the brain using large parts of memory, mostly of pure thought, as I always define. I tend to remember those dreams I remember. The one dream I surely remember for the longest time was when I was in nursery ( I was 4 years old that time); when I dreamt that my closet turned into a candy store and a friend of mine suddenly turned into batman! Ah, such imaginations of childhood.

Ever since then, I've started to get curious of the content of these imaginary worlds. I've had so much dreams that some are so hard to remember, but some notable ones couldn't be forgotten.

Anyway, I've put up this article first since this is the easiest to explain ( or question, I pressume) in this particular format.

I've read from somewhere that dreams can only be remembered when they're 7 - 10 mins. prior to waking up. I've put that -fact- as the backbone of my first curiosity. I have concluded that those dreams I have rememebered were from the span of that time limit. No wonder sleep seemed short, because we practically forgot what kept us busily asleep. Now I wonder... Why?

Now I wonder, what could be the feeling if I was consciously dreaming? No, I'm not refering to daydreaming. What I mean is being in a conscious psychological state while in slumber. Confusing? Dunno. I haven't studied those stages of sleep yet. Maybe those might give me some few clear points on this subject.

Well, that was one problem, having forgetten a moment that just happened that whole night.

Guess what, I have another. It's a question called how. You see, most of my dreams have these certain things that I couldn't even believe I could remember, or even analyze, so I'm needing others who are able to at least think with me on how this should be done (or even simply get a thing I'm saying here!). Some dreams (I don't know if this has already happened with anyone) contain things which surely could be done by others but I couldn't do, for example, for me to speak Korean. I don't even know how to say (or write) a Korean word but I had a dream once of myself being able to write Hangul in full sentences. That's situation number one. Situation two: a dream in which content was memorized in the dream itself but cannot be executed with the conscious mind. I'm an online gamer. There was this game I played wherein you'd press keys to the corresponding tune, beat, key or sound with the music. There were different levels, and having attained the hard level, you'd need good memory. I've never really memorized a thing about this game, but surely with a few hints and reminders, I'd recall... But there was something strange with the situation; I've dreamed of a memorized piece even though I couldn't even expect the next incoming note in the actual game. I don't really know if this is normalsince I still haven't consulted a single book about this(they're too expensive).

This is my first file. I hope I coulddream of this and find some clear points with answers.

Wow... I think I'll do this.

Hmmm... I see. I think I'll try this blogging thing out again. The last time I blogged was two years ago, I think... I dunno. `tis been so long! Wells... I've decided that I, being able to summarize the contents of my mind -- and everything else -- I will put these pieces bit by bit... But I dunno, I think I'd rather be random in a way... No! I wanna be mature... But I wanna be immature? Gahaha, I'm starting it again, Oh well. Gambattane!

You Are Paper
Crafty and creative, you are able to adapt freely to almost any situation.
People tend to underestimate you, unless they've truly seen what you are capable of.
Deep down, you're always scheming and thinking up new plans. Your mind is constantly active.
You are quite capable of anything you dream of. You can always figure out a way to get what you want.

You can wrap a rock person up in your sheet of trickery.

A scissor person can sneak up and cut you to pieces.

When you fight: No one can anticipate your next move

If someone makes you mad: You'll attack them mercilessly when they're unprepared

LoL.
